Updating the client’s showroom to accomodate a new chilled production area, demo kitchen and mock supermarket.
Our brief was to convert one third of the existing showroom to accommodate a chilled production area as well as reworking their existing floor plan layout in the ancilliary areas.
In addition at the other end of the showroom, we were to create a ‘client experience zone’ where customers coming to view plant in the showroom can experience their foods in a supermarket and being cooked in a demonstrator kitchen.
What we did:
The project is in detailed design stage nearing final cost analysis and financial signoff from the Client. Once we have this we will be taking the project forward into the tender stages and continue to manage the project, acting as contract administrator through the building process through to completion.
After being involved in the previous phases of development on the same site some years ago, Bill Pier was very excited to be approached to take on this next stage of the project.
